Our current project is a simulation game. We want a developer with experience in creating these systems and random generated occurrences, items, player profiles, world systems and more so you can jump in and help with early idea phases and what is possible and what is not (or what is just out of budget / scope)
Planning - helping plan and organize how systems work and structure the game and feature implementation order based off minimum features we need for the game to play and coexist with the world story telling that will take place on the site on a weekly release basis.
Programming Language - We want a developer who knows current and emerging technologies to make sure we are using the best programming language to scale into the future and grow our game from a small group to large operation.

Making sure the game can first work on desktop will be phase 1. while testing how systems work with each other and what features are key to be added before we move on to mobile and tablet.
