We are looking for an expert that would be able to look at our existing processes optimize them and work on making sure the implementation phase is going according to plan.
Recommend improvement/solutions to business processes and systems based on an understanding of business needs.
- Lead systems and process improvement projects
- Produce and maintain project schedules, follow up on delivery dates and deliverables
- Guide implementation Teams on behalf of operations management to drive process improvement.
- Provide training required to drive change
- Good oral and written communication skills; including process documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and project management.
- Experience with CRM implementation and workflow is a plus
- Six Sigma experience is required.
