I need to export approx 14,000 Outlook 2013 contacts with custom form and several custom fields from a system run by our local exchange server up to Office 365 running Outlook 2016 and I need to retain the custom form, the custom fields AND the data in those fields. I have managed to do all of that myself EXCEPT when I go to mail merge with Word 2016, Word "insert field" only sees data fields from the default contacts form and none of the custom fields. I can add a NEW custom field and Word sees that, but NOT the imported fields. It looks to me like the OMM*.doc file doesn't get created with the data. I need help! Happy to pay!
