I need someone to help take care of the details for me. You need strong written and verbal communication skills. Work will include conducting outreach over the phone and via email, composing weekly reports and keeping me updated on correspondence, writing social media posts and email content, doing research and reporting findings, creating and sending email correspondence to donors, board members, and other partners. There will also be some data entry/ data management upfront - need to clean and remove duplicates and get contact database in order. May need to coordinate other freelancers for graphic design projects, etc just depends on the workload.
Right now, this project will probably take 10 hours a week. Some weeks may be more, some may be less.
Please include two writing samples with your application - a professional email, letter, blog, social media post...anything that can give me a good idea of your writing ability.
Requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to proof and edit, an ability to take direction, ask good questions, work well with others and be a team player, flexibility and comfort with quick turnarounds and changes at times.
Must know: Facebook, Instagram, Excel, Zoho (or some other mainstream CRM and accounting system), MailChimp. Preferable to know: Canva, CPanel.
