We are Choice Lets, a letting agency based in Walsall, West Midlands. We require an enthusiastic, empathetic and reliable individual to assist the business in implementing business improvements through the cloud-based spreadsheet software, Smartsheet.  

We need someone who can help integrate multiple sheets so that data is connected and auto generated for areas we specify and departmentalize using the software.

You will require broadband access and a quiet environment to work in. We will set you work-based projects using 'Trello' and have regular Skype calls.

One of your first projects will be assisting us to implement a time-recording spreadsheet.  Further projects are lined-up, transferring our existing spreadsheet-based systems onto Smartsheet.

Full training will be offered on how our business works.  Ideally, you will b e fluent in spoken and written English.  It goes without saying that excellent IT skills are essential for this long-term role.
