Social media manager needed to create and execute brand's strategy on social media with the goal of:

1. Increasing traffic to Instagram
2. increasing brand awareness
3. Generating new sales and leads
4. Increasing email and newsletter sign ups
5. Driving traffic to website
6. Increasing brand engagement
7. Building community around brand
8. Following up on company's mentions ,  

The Social Media Manager will be required to execute the following:
1. 1 Posts per day on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter (possibly add YouTube and Pinterest in the future) including Facebook and Instagram stories.
2. 2 hrs of engagement with audience
3. Reposting and give credit to original owner
4. SEO/keyword searchable
5. Use hashtags
6. Competitor research
7. Provide images and write all post copy
8. Create and update Social Media Calendar and Action Plan on SocialBu
9. Create automated and/or manual social media posts on SocialBu

Ability to do minimal graphic design is a plus.
