I am looking for a personable assistant to manage my social media accounts for an ecommerce site. My site http://caleighmadison.com can be seen in facebook, twitter, pinterest, chictopia, google+, & linkedIn . We also have our own blog. I need the VA to stimulate the fans / followers / connections to be more interactive, increase their interest on the brand and hopefully somehow entice them to buy from my site. I need a VA so I can concentrate on other things. Applicant should be a native english speaker otherwise, don't bother applying. Should have an amazing people skills. You will basically be in charge of my social media presence.
Applicants must pass the ff qualifications:
- Native English speaker
- Trustworthy - you will be representing my brand
- Reliable - must be able to interact with my fans/followers/connections
- Must be almost always online for easy communication
- An experience with Sales & PR is a plus
- Knows the ins & outs of social media marketing
I will only pay whenever you have something to post on the sites or when you will reply to comments. This will be on a fixed rate. Your ways should be effective. How can we tell if its effective? If fans / followers, respond to it by commenting and if those comments can drive traffic to the website. If not, we will end the contract and pay nothing. We will do a dry run for a couple of days to see what you got. Send a sample post / statement - make sure its catchy for the audience to respond and that it fits the brand, so you better check my website first before proceeding.
