I am looking for a digital expert virtual assistant to work with on a long term basis, starting with 1 month, and continuously going forward, to create content for some social media accounts via hootsuite.
You will do research and writing of content for social media. There are a total of 3 accounts, namely:
1. La Belle Couture (Wedding and wedding gown related)
All 3 accounts are situated in Singapore. Hence please bear that in mind when you are submitting your proposal.
The work is for 1 month of Social media management, which includes:
1. Proposing content calendar for the social media.
2.Implementing the content calendar
3. Manage the social media channels, post in other relevant groups - to keep engagement high
Kindly apply only if you fulfil the below criteria:
1) Familiar with the use of Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, Hootsuite, Grum LinkedIn, Canva (or other simple image editing tool for social media visuals) and Facebook
4) Understands how to read and discern what are good and potentially viral social media articles
5) Knows how to use Google alerts to get a sense of what are the best articles
6) Able to do simple research by following instructions
7) Able to understand and empathise with brides to be in Singapore, and able to research on topics related to wedding gowns and wedding photography.
8) Able to curate fun/inspirational content that is in line with fashion and retail
9) Able to create weekly content calendar and share for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Blog, Google+ and LinkedIn.
Kindly note that below are the requirements for 3 accounts:
1. La Belle Couture: 4 posts per week
2. Moments by La Belle Couture: 2 posts per day (14 posts per week)
3. Runway Rent: 4 posts per week.
Quote according to the number of accounts you can handle. Preferable if you can handle La Belle Couture and Moments by La Belle Couture as they are related companies.
If you are quoting by hour, please provide the breakdown of the number of hours for the tasks and a total number of hours that you will be spending. (I will expect you to manage it on your own after which, as I prefer not to micromanage).
-Manage the above mentioned social media pages
-Research using the Internet or other information databases
-Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
-Must be accessible, online via Skype or other tools during agreed-upon office hours
-Must have excellent command of written English.

-Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
-Ability to multitask and take on multiple lines of projects

-Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must

-References or an established reputation on Upwork preferred
-Understanding of the Singapore wedding market or the Singapore culture preferred
