Fast paced online fitness company looking for social media manager and customer support rep.
- Must be familiar with Instagram & Facebook
- Knowledge of Agorapulse, Schedugram, and Zendesk is a PLUS!
-Must speak & write fluent english
- Must be available between the hours of 8am PST and 8pm PST
-Must have Fast and reliable internet. Internet loss due to weather will not be tolerated.
Job Responsibilities include:
-Completing our training as customer support rep so you are familiar with the brand and company policies.
-Monitoring all social media accounts & assisting customers quickly when they need help.
-Scheduling content using Agorapulse and Schedugram.
All content will be created for you & you are responsible for scheduling it and making sure it's posted on time and correctly. Please send cover letter & Skype name. If you do not include your skype name you will not be considered for the position.
