We are seeking an experienced software tester responsible for applying rigorous testing standards to Mhelpdesk’s web and mobile applications.
-Develop test process assets (e.g. test plans, test cases, automated and manual test scripts, discrepancy reports)
-Conduct hands-on testing to ensure the existing system work properly and new changes implement correctly
-Daily handoff and collaboration with development team to answer queries, resolve issues, revise test cases/scripts and test as required
-Excellent analytical, organizational, written and communication skills.
-Possess strong testing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Self-motivated and strong attention to details.
-Experience with a variety of test types including functional, system, security, and regression testing.
-Proficient in all cycles of test life cycle from testing planning to defect tracking and manage defect life cycle.
