Solution Assistant Representative Job Purpose: Inform potential connections of our clients products and/or services.  You also inform them that our client has an impairment that prevents them from making this call.

oTelemarketing Representative Job Duties:
Advises present or prospective customers by placing phone calls on a rotating basis; operating VOIP, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

oInfluences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

oDocuments transactions by completing forms and record logs.

oMaintains CRM database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

oMaintain and communicate with potentials on behalf of our clients via email and social media networks.

oMaintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

oMaintains quality service by following organization standards.

oMaintains technical knowledge by attending educational online workshops; reviewing publications.

oContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
