I am looking for someone to help me out devising a strategy to recruit top trading talent. (US Equity traders) The potential candidate will be responsible for creating a profile of successful short-term traders (character strenghts, cognitive strenghts, interests and values and anything else that it is deemed important) . The second step would be to find devise and implement a series of tests and problem solving exercises that test for each important part of the trader's profile. The third step would be evaluation of the hiring process. What metrics should be used to determine whether the hiring process was successful.
