Hello oDeskers! We're looking for someone who's a whiz at using Excel and can help us to whip up an outstanding presentation-oriented spreadsheet document for a pro forma / real estate contract!
Our requirements for the ideal contractor are as follows:
- You must be located in the U.S.!
- Your English must be top-notch! Natives are preferred, but we'll accept a non-native if he or she can demonstrate fluency that's comparable to a native speaker!
- We prefer candidates who are familiar with U.S. real estate and finance.
- Skype is a must as well!
