This position contributes to the success of CISabroad by developing the staff with professional development training.
The training and development intern will work alongside The Human Resources Manager to design, develop, roll out and evaluate employee training programs. Training subject matter includes Customer Service, Written & Verbal Communication, Leadership Skills For Non-Managers, and How to Work With Irate Customers.
1. Develop employee e-learning training courses, curriculum, and materials that incorporate input from subject matter experts and utilize adult learning theory and sound instructional design principles. Keeping this project in line with our mission and company culture.
2. Administer process for future registrations, communications, training records and completion certificates.
3. Develop tracking systems to monitor success of post learning and behavior outputs. Include training for supervisors to monitor behavior and steps for coaching staff on these training initiatives.
