Design (do your load calculations, etc) AND draw out the design in cad (or similar) based on my sketchup. Also, I need it fast. Here are the following elements of the steel structure that need to be completed both the design and the drawing so that I know what to buy, how many to buy and where and how to install it in the most economical way possible without sacrificing strength.. Everything will be welded...
1. column footings
4. ceiling supports
7. upper and lower horizontal beams
9. subroof (or deck)
You can download the sketchup in the following link. ATTENTION: the only layers that you need to work/use are the roof, subroof, steel structure and maybe the walls if you're doing concrete columns...
I left out the center columns because I don't know what will be the cheapest option for them (as well as the rest of the columns to make them all the same). I'd prefer to pour 8in by 8in rebar reinforced concrete columns first, then fill in the 8in walls between them, but I'm not sure if 8in by 8in concrete columns can take the entire weight of the roof.
As far as steel, we have everything, all sizes I-beams, purlins, box steel, all in inches.

The roofing will either be corrugated 24 gauge metal
or One-piece “S” tile: 1 square (9.29 m2, or 100ft2).
The weight of the one -piece “S” tile is 357 kg to 381 kg (788 lb to 840 lb) per square, with 75 to 100 pieces of tile per square depending on which is more economical. Do both designs and calculations so I know which is more economical.
insulation material will probably be 50/50 of the following:
sizing everything appropriately and most importantly, ECONOMICALLY
The water level is 2ft, fresh water with half of the columns under water.
This is a residential home.
There is no code requirements or permits needed.
I would like to meet strength requirements, yet not pay higher than necessary for material/labor by building it stronger than necessary or with more steel than necessary.
