Seeking highly organized, extremely professional CS supervisor. Must speak and write proper English. First and foremost you MUST provide outstanding customer service when customers call in orders. Second, following through on customer inquiries; determining order status by contacting vendors, and communicating back with the customer in a timely fashion is essential. Writing blogs, working on spreadsheets and data management, creating email web blast promotions helpful. Must be computer savvy and have strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Skype.

This is a work from home position based around US EST biz hours, 9-5 EST.

Philippino preferred.

You MUST have a good internet line and computer setup at home!
