KV Social is looking for experienced support staff to resolve customer queries and support clients.
Must have a good WordPress knowledge (cloning sites, editing and adding pages)
• Must install new software products from affiliates. This may be desktop software or a wordpress plugin.
• Must learn the KVSocial platform
• Must be able to install software and administer your own computer.
• Must learn new software as the job requires it (camtasia, etc).
• Must have experience with Support Desk software (preferably Zendesk)
• Develop policies and processes to streamline support'
• Update support as new products are added
• Produce manuals / support documents with screenshots and step by step instructions.
• Attend webinars to answer the Q&A questions live
• Must be available live during times when we have a high ticket Webinars to • communicate with clients via skype.
• Must be able to log in time and fill in related statistics accurately
• Excellent Command of the English Language (both Oral and Written)
• A team player but can also work with minimal supervision
• Prior support desk or customer support experience
• Knowledge of HTML and Wordpress
• and Other Technical Skills
• Drive to succeed and grow with the company
• Must be available during 7am-3pm EST time and often work overtime and weekends.
