First, we realize it's highly niche specific, but we're starting a new blog around gluten-free survivalism, doomsday prep, and emergency preparedness. We striving to show our future readers that they don't have to let gluten get in the way of surviving a horde of zombies. (Seem a bit...soft...during the apocalypse? Probably, but the desired audience will be mothers with children who have severe food allergies. *We know families with these issues.)
What we would like to see for the site's primary article:
*2000 words approximately
*Topics including the *main* talking points of survivalism, i.e. broken down into the major categories of survival gear, survival kits, bug out bags, food storage, water filtration, shelter, etc. You know your expertise. Run with it.
*No conspiracy theories or government discussions. (Just the fact, ma'am.)
*When addressing food, just discuss the typical, standard aspects of it. We'll add in the GF content before publishing.
*Keep it family friendly. A healthy dose of concern is good, but we want people to prep, not run for the hills in a screaming panic.
If it works out, there may be plenty of writing projects available for the future!
