We have an urgent need (today) for someone to log into a customer's SwitchVOX server and document the settings. We need a list of extensions and other dial plan objects, and details for each.

For each extension, we need to know what the name, email address, etc, is set to.

For each ring group, queue, etc, we need to know what extensions ring when that queue, ring group, etc, is dialed.

Basically, we need to know everything there is to know so that we can program another Asterisk PBX to replace the SwitchVOX.

The SwitchVOX server has 14 extensions.

Please reply and let me know if you can work on this today. I anticipate it will take 2-3 hours to complete.
