Here’s the deal, a creative, passionate and socially minded entrepreneur needs a right hand woman/man to help make ideas happen. More than anything, assisting in taking action on ideas and moving projects forward. I have more ideas and opportunities than I have time for. I need to multiply myself.
I need someone super smart, sharp, passionate and talented with a great attitude and a tremendous spirit of resourcefulness. I want someone who when they encounter an obstacle, they want to find a way around, through, over it, under it, etc. Someone who is detail oriented, has a very high standard of excellence and wants to make the world a better place, enriching the lives of others along the way. I want someone who’s humble, teachable, and determined. Someone who likes growing.
First priority is being extraordinary at executing, but secondly having a strong creative bent or talent is needed. I’m first an entrepreneur, but my artistic bent and appreciation of all things beautiful is not far behind. Ideally, you’re strongest in the detail side of things, but your artistic side isn’t far behind. And you have a knack for making things happen.
My goal in every business I’m involved in is to create beautiful yet functional products or services that inspire and that communicate an extraordinary sense of care and thoughtfulness towards the clients.

Time puncher. This is more than a job/business to us. We want to change the world and make it a better place. We are making a difference in the world and you will be the magnifier of that voice. If you don’t care enough, your creative potential will be diminished and we will receive far from the best from you.
Need safe, predictable, routine. What is predictable, is that you and I will be doing many different things by the end of the year than we’re doing now. I will be launching two new businesses during the next two months, three if you count real estate development.
No Bullshit-I don’t want to hear the story of why things didn’t or can’t get done. Let’s find a way to make it happen.
Roles: Yes, you will have some traditional executive assistant type roles such as but not limited to:
-Scheduling and handling travel coordination details.
-Scheduling meetings and calendar details for events.
-Creating social media posts with images, captures, hashtags.
-Sharing relevant articles on linkedin and prospecting etc.
-Responding to emails.
-Project management in several capacities-overseeing and managing product development aspects, special events, marketing initiatives.
-Managing some domestic items (occasional personal shopping,).
-Overseeing designers and marketing pieces or creating them (an artistic eye is appreciated here).
-Shopping for friends, clients, and me (thoughtful gifts etc).
BONUS SKILLS: if you have some writing or social media management background that would be of benefit. I'd like to know your areas of genius so I can know best how to utilize your talent.
***If we determine that it's a great long term fit, there may be the option of flying to the US to work with my team and myself for a few weeks. This would be after 6 months of working together. The travel cost would be covered by me.
