We are looking for experienced L2 Tech Support of our U.S. Clients with the following qualifications:
- Has Strong Microsoft O365 experience (not just the basic account creation and password reset)
- Strong and Well versed with Windows server installation / configuration / administration and implementation of Group Policies
- Experienced in troubleshooting Windows Operating systems .
- Candidate should truly understands computer networks and able to resolve issues.
- Has experience with network printers.
-Experience with backup technologies e.g. Synology, VEEAM, Datto, Altaro etc. is a plus
- MacOS knowledge is an advantage.
** Has excellent communication skills written and spoken English preferably with neutral or american accent.
** Must possess superb Telephone Etiquette and is empathetic and sympathetic as well.
# Candidate must have a noise free environment. (children, dogs, chicken etc.)
# Would require good Internet speeds screenshot/video.
# Should have backup WIFI internet in case of outages and interruptions
Starting salary is $800 DOE a month schedule is 11 hours shift with 1 hour Break ( Schedule is Mon-Tues-Thursday-Friday and Sunday 11pm to 11am Philippine time ) Wednesday and Saturday Day-Off.
You will get salary increase and benefits after 90 days of your evaluation period depends on your performance.
