If you have worked in technical support to support networking products like Linksys, HP, Cisco, D-link, Netgear, Adtran, SMC, Avaya, Belkin, Asus and so on we are interested in speak to you.  

You must have

- Good basic IT skills
- Understand networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, RADIUS, etc)
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi security a big plus
- Good research skills
- Excellent English communication skills

Tasks and duties:

- Do online/web research on technical needs of various customers
- Find emails of technical buyers via various sources including search
- Target accounts based on technical need and work to generate leads
- Call and conduct technical surveys

You MUST be available to work full-time and normal daytime hours, if you have another full-time or part-time role this position is not the right fit. Please also respond with your availability (dates/times) over the next 7-10 days to have a 1/2 hour follow-up discussion.
