Working remotely as a virtual help desk assistant for a large Eastern university, responding to help desk requests related to the learning management system, Blackboard. At least 20 hours per week for the next 3-4 weeks. Training will be provided in Blackboard and in the support ticket management system, but the candidate must have some experience with Blackboard Learn, must be proficient and adept at problem solving and troubleshooting, and must be comfortable interfacing with customers over the phone or by email.
