Latin America and Eastern Europe Freelancers are desired but it's not a requirement if you are really great! and if you are willing to commit to hours within peak time-frames in our Support System

We are looking for someone with strong skills in CSS/HTML and basic to medium knowledge  of JAVASCRIPT

PHP/MYSQL knowledge would be also a plus !

You will be providing Technical Support via Forum , email and Chat

This is a webmaster tool so you MUST  have  experience on web design and development to help others.

Our candidate should be :
-Great team player
-Show strong customer service background or willing to acquire this skill
-Reliable and show attention to details

MUST also have:
-Excellent English grammar.
- Fast Typing skills

You will be also managing minor billing problems , so we need you to always show professionalism and GREAT English Grammar skills while writing

-IMPORTANT!: You MUST dedicate time  for this job between

9am to  8pm Pacific Time on Monday-Friday (USA Time Zone). This is very important though we are a 24/7 support team , but 65% of the your time should be dedicated to this job within that time frame
