A video/TV startup is looking for an efficient, remote technical support and customer service representative to answer customers emails from our ticketing system. We will provide basic training and initial canned responses. The 99% of support is done thru our email/ticketing system, though, they could be cases of occasional phone support. A chat system may be added later as well.
The experience of working with ticketing systems and for customer/technical support is required. We are looking for long-term relationships.
