We are offering the following position at our company: Tele Sales Representative (m/f) for Mikogo.
We are an international provider of web conferencing and online collaboration software based in Germany. There are over 1.5 million users in thousands of companies in more than 180 countries around the world using the Mikogo software to conduct meetings, presentations, training and support over the Internet. We help our customers communicate effectively over the Internet and reduce travel costs and time. We offer the opportunity to join a successful cloud software company.
• You are the primary contact person for international leads (mainly from the US, Canada and the UK) and provide guidance from the first contact to successful order
• You manage leads, new and existing customers by email and phone; you demo our product, create proposals and follow-up on them
• You manage the relationships with customers across the entire customer life cycle: onboarding, ensuring continued customer success, cross- and up-selling.
• Excellent English language skills
• Experience in tele-sales and passionate about making customers happy
• Expertise in the software industry, ideally with cloud solutions and Software-as-a-Service
• You enjoy daily contact with prospects and customers
Full-time or part-time position. No travel required - all communication over phone, chat and email. No cold calling: you follow-up with leads who have registered for a trial of our software on our website and you work with existing customers.
