Who we are: Growing real estate Investor company based in Georgia. Our focus is single family homes. We are currently seeking an appointment setter/telemarketer/inside sales Rep. If you are a self-motivated individual that enjoys working with people and have excellent phone skills this is a position for you! You will qualify leads and initiate the appointment process.
**STRONG BONUSES AVAILABLE FOR SUCCESSFUL, QUALIFIED APPTS SETTING RESULTING IN CLOSED DEALS**
• Cold call & pre-qualify the prospect
• Generate client appointments and sales leads by making 80-100 calls daily
• Booking 6-10 appointments per week
• Manage pipeline of prospects
• Identify the decision maker
• Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
• Follow up with action plan and all calls.
• Must be Self Starter
• Must have experience in Real Estate with pre-qualifying leads
• Must have excellent phone and listening skills
• Must Speak English Fluently
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred)
2+ years’ experience telemarketing a plus
Excellent phone manner and articulation
Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
Any sort of real estate background is a plus
This is a Part time position initially starting at 15 hours a week and will increase to full-time for the candidate chosen.
Pay: Negotiable, depending on work experience. Bonuses for each qualified lead you provide that goes to closing.
