We are a Real Estate business in need of friendly driven team player that is comfortable with answering phone calls and making cold-calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects, conducting appropriate follow-up, and transferring leads to other reps.
Needs to be available to answer/return calls during business hours. Leads need to be contacted back promptly so if you're working on other projects need to be accessible for these leads as well.
Duties to also include multiple types of virtual assistant tasks such as research, interacting with customers/suppliers, data entry, light bookeeping, and interviewing/screening applicants for other more specified positions.
Must be proficient on a computer excel, word, online sites etc.
Must be able learn new software quickly.
General copywriting/marketing skills a plus.
Cold calling experience also a plus.
Mojo experience also a plus.
Starting off as part time but potential to turn into a full time position.
