I need someone who is keen with inbound and outbound calls. Who knows how to determine why the caller is calling the business. We are looking for new client appointment opportunities, existing client appointment opportunities, calls about existing appointments, callers that left a voicemail, callers that did not leave a voicemail, callers that hung up on hold or during ringing, calls that are live conversations about anything other than an appointment, and calls that are junk calls, wrong numbers, nobody there, or calls that hung up during the bridge greeting. You will work on this from 8:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM PST. I will provide all the necessary instructions if hired.
