We are a Property Management Company looking for an experienced, hardworking and reliable person as our telephone receptionist as well as data entry person. The requirement includes:
1. Work 10 to 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 2 to 6 hrs/day. Could lead to 40hrs/week and long term project if it works out.
2. Must work USA eastern standard (EST) time from 12pm to 5pm Monday to Friday.
3. Answer phone calls and respond to emails from tenants, landlords, contractors and other inquiries.
4. Coordinate the calls between tenants and contractors.
5. Enter tenants' maintenance requests in our user friendly software system, and coordinate between tenants and contractors
6. upload documents in our software system
7. Must be proficient in English writing and must have fluent spoken English.
8. Data entry skills such as typing, Microsoft word, excel a must.
9. Must efficiently utilize time between answering calls, responding to emails, setting up appointments etc.
