**This is a temporary position. Whomever we hire will need to be trained immediately and will act as QA for about 20-25 days. You MUST have access to an iPad, or iOS simulator. **

Brainscape is looking for a meticulous part-time QA specialist with outstanding Customer Service skills.  Your role in testing our products and communicating with our customers will be critical in our path toward becoming the world's largest and most effective web/mobile Education platform.  There is great potential for this position evolving into a full-time role at Brainscape as our company grows.

You may be thinking that it is rare to see QA and Customer Service in the same role.  But we believe that the person best qualified to respond to customer inquiries is the person who knows the product best (e.g. he/she who performs QA).  We are therefore looking for someone who is:

-Extremely well-organized;
-Accutely aware of minor product details;
-Able to respond to emails promptly; and
-A great communicator with impeccable English spelling and grammar

-Must have regular access to an iPad, or a mac with xcode installed
-Must have access to all major desktop web browsers (firefox, safari, chrome, required; internet explorer also if possible)
-Comfortable working during (or close to) USA working hours (10-6pm Eastern Time)
