I own small online business and need an experienced efficient, organized, detail oriented and trust full Assistant. The types pf processes that need streamlining are Apply for jobs, Hiring Peoples, Conduct Interviews, Decision Making and data entry. Ideally, you will be familiar with these types of processes and be able to lead by example.
Here are the responsibilities.
Search for New Contracts
Recruiting, hiring, and firing contractors as needed
Distribute workload objectives to each team member
Conduct daily check in with each team member
Collecting all reports back and sending to me for review
Able to do All the Administrative tasks,
Must be on Skype
Knowledge of websites and graphics
Knowledge of social media sites
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
