I am looking for a mix of experience and value


Reviewing old documents (pdf's) and transcribing them into an excel sheet, row by row.
The print is hand written, very difficult to read and at times illegible. Other printed documents (deeds) will be used as well.

Through the project you'll become more familiar with the documents.

Excellent English Speaking - Phone call required
Fast Turnaround Times

Familiarity with US legal documents (Deeds, QCD's, ROW's) a plus.
Experience with Oil & Gas an HUGE plus. Terminology, jeffersonian land legal descriptions.

Excel (2008 or later)
PDF' Viewer (adobe or preview for mac)

Attached you'll find an example of the type of document you'll be translating. If you do not believe you can read or translate this to an excel sheet near perfectly please do not apply.

I'll send quite a few of these documents each week which I will expect to be turned around within a couple days if not sooner.

Most terms are abbreviations or names so you do not need to know what they mean, just be able to

In the long term I will be looking for a VA for additional work. I would love to develop a great relationship with a very proficient person as I have a lot of work that I could pass off.
This has the potential to be a very long consistent assignment.
