My team is seeking an assistant for transcription work.

We're looking to hire another assistant for our team...somebody who loves to work with a great attitude. We're an internet marketing company and we're looking for a ﬂexible, virtual person to assist us with projects. This job will start with a one-time transcription job, with the possibility to a move to regular contract work in the future.
You MUST be ﬂuent in English.
We are working on a new product, and this first job would be transcribing a 53 minute audio recording of the first draft of our new book.
If this sounds like a process you would be familiar with and you are interested:
1. Please post a description of recent projects you have worked with and your role in them.
2. Please rate your expertise with transcribing on a scale of 1 to 10. (10 = expert, you could have a PhD in the topic, 1 = never heard of it in your life)
3. Send me a list of your last few clients with contact information so that I can verify your credentials and work ethic. If you do not provide professional references, I will not review your submission
4. Finally, what is your usual rate for transcribing a 53 minute recording?
