I currently sell on eBay, Amazon & Etsy and have been managing my business in Excel.
I need someone to help set up a Quickbooks file for me and transition all of the information I have in Excel to Quickbooks for me and my accountant.
I currently manage my inventory outside of Quickbooks because I carry a wide variety of items at lots of different costs.
I will also need someone to manage data entry into Quickbooks once the file is set up.
I also have some information that is not in my current Excel file that relates to state sales taxes that have been paid.
I need someone that has experience with accounting, Quickbooks, can audit the file for accuracy and can help to project manage the data transfer and look for information that I might have forgotten to provide.
My business has been growing so fast that I have had a hard time keeping up with the books, so I am hoping that moving to Quickbooks and hiring a VA will help me to stay on top of things.
