I published a paper called " A new cognitive linguistic approach of teaching accent reduction to Hindi speaking Asian Indians"
It was published in Advance, a journal for Speech and language pathologists.
It teaches how to use different letters to say an English word. eg
Peter is spoken as पीटर by Indians. But it is heard as बीडर by an american ear because they don't have प and ट sounds.
If it is pronounced as फीठर , they will hear it as Peter.
This is a large paper and needs to be changed in to easy to understand nontechnical Hindi and English mixed writing, the way I am doing here. You have to have education in Speech Pathology, speech therapy and preferably have experience in accent reduction, able to type हिन्दी and English
