Deliver orders through efficient management of drivers in order to provide reliable and on time service.
Main Activities Provide high quality service delivery and adherence to standard operational procedures Respond to client bookings and enquires professionally and efficiently Scheduling and allocating fleet in a timely manner with the most cost effective solution Data entry and maintenance of customer information into the LimoAnywhere reservation system Answering telephones and coordinating bookings of incoming jobs professionally and efficiently
Routing calls to appropriate resources Follow up customer calls where necessary Complete call logs Produce call reports Communicate effectively in order to liaise with drivers and clients. Despatch Operations Control, direct and coordinate fleet movements Attend to customer and other operational staff queries Handle and resolve customer complaints in cooperation with Administration Manager
Provide customers with product and service information and non-corporate account quotes for service Process orders, forms and applications Identify and escalate priority issues to Senior Management Perform other general administrative duties as required Build customer’s interest in the services offered by the company Provide personalised customer service of the highest level
