You'll be doing mini projects every day, working to tight deadlines with a rapid turnover time.
You will be:
-working with office software programs, including spreadsheets, databases and word processing
-using the Web for research
-assisting with typing and formatting presentations, reports, manuals, newsletters, website content and other administrative publications.
Successful applicant will need:
Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar
Excellent Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing and cloud services
-Ability to work under pressure
If you produce quality work, you will be given a permanent position within my staff. Please note, the first task is a tester to see how accurately and quickly you can turn over work.
