We seek a suitably experienced person to advise us on the best way to present the user documentation and guidelines for our new software. We plan to provide users with user documentation via our website (accedeglobal.com) in both online and downloadable/printable form (the format of each need not be the same).
In short, we want to present our user documentation in an interesting and innovative way to ensure our efforts are not wasted and users can self help to reduce the burden on our help desk.
Initially this role is focused on the best way to lay out or format our user documentation and guidelines/tutorials. We have already allocated internal resources to draft copy but there will be a follow project of review and editing to ensure our documentation is in line with current best practice.
