I am looking for a motivated and experienced VIRTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, ADMIN ASSISTANT, ready to quickly establish themselves as an integral part of OUR ESTABLISHED team in Sydney.
The successful candidate will utilise their knowledge and experience to provide ADMIN SUPPORT, Customer service and Social media to our group of companies, build strong client relationships and support the development of the less experienced members of the team.
You will work directly with partners and managers to maintain the high quality of services and advice clients expect and will be motivated by working in a team, adding value for the clients and improving the quality and efficiency of work processes.
This is the ideal role for a motivated individual who values working collaboratively with partners and building relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have:
CORE SKILLS NEEDED:
2 years or more relevant work experience
Expertise in accounting, taxation (for AUSTRALIA)
Proven client relationship skills
Strong business acumen
Advanced Google Sheets, Google Docs
Learn software quickly like Wordpress, Bookeo, Kounta, Deputy, Banatag, Mailchimp, Instapage and Tumblr.
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva
Create PROCESS MAPS
Social Media management: Tumblr, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram
Strong blogging & writing skills
