I need to process a large amount of data in an excel spreadsheet to check for any mistakes.
I need to search a specific website (There is a link in the spreadsheet) and find the names of the employees on the website and add these names and contact details to the spreadsheet.
I have highlighted the cells in the row that needs to be checked.
1. find highlighted cell (Column F)
2. open website link in column E
3. find the staff profiles page on the website
4. Find any staff member that is described as one of the following:
- property manager
- business development manager
- leasing consultant
- property consultant (Only if there are no people on the website with the title of property manager)
- portfolio manager
- investment manager
- any variation of the above
Do not copy staff details that are described as any of the following:
- sales agent
- real estate agent
- sales consultant
- sales manager
- Any variation of the above.
4. Insert a new row for each new employee name into the spreadsheet.
5. copy the full name of the employee into column F
6. Copy their mobile phone number into column H
7. If they don't have a mobile phone advertised, copy in the agency phone number in to column H
8. copy their email address if it can be found. If it can't be found, copy the agency email address. If that can't be found highlight the row in green.
9. Copy the link address of the employee image into column J (If there is an image)
10. copy columns A, B, C, D, E & G to the newly added rows.
11. Highlight the newly added rows in red
12. delete the entire row that contained the cell highlighted in yellow.
I have attached a small sample of the data from the spreadsheet. Please make the changes as described above and submit a sample to ensure you understand what is required.
