Virtual Assistant & Customer Service

The Role:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant & Customer Service person.  Your spoken English language skills must sound US based.

This is a 30 hour / week combination opportunity.  You will be providing ongoing client contact support for SMB / local clients and administrative supporting tasks to the President of Client services.  Our business has grown to the point where we need help staying in contact with clients as actively as we'd like.  

We will pay an hourly rate plus potential bonuses.  Hourly rate will be paid weekly automatically through oDesk tracking.  Bonuses (if any) will be paid monthly.

We will provide access to an online CRM (customer relationship manager).  We will provide access to an online project management tracking.  Other technology may be used to facilitate efforts.

We prefer

- at least two years admin/support experience
- must be fluent in English (native speaker preferred)
- must have internet & computer skills for tracking
- must be prompt and dependable
- must be able to follow instructions and learn
