I need you to enter digital metrics into our digital report master. Other tasks would include researching hashtags and usernames, updating plan templates to cover our 2017 into 2018 ready tools, and ensuring our influencers are in our system (currently we have lists of them but we need to make sure that we’ve liked, followed, or listed them!).
Bonus: Eventually - the type of work that would great (but not required) would be the ability to help create some of the social content whether that’s just drafting posts with fun messages that are tagged optimally or to help with some of the creative.
I currently work with some cache brands in beauty, health & wellness (and the odd non-profit) to grow their digital footprint – primarily in social media.
• If you couldn’t fully function without Asana and Slack…and Google Docs (especially sheets) are your jam. We’ll get along just fine.
• Experience with social media apps
• Excellent in researching - creating excel XLS sheets - good with Dropbox.
• Bonus: Graphic skills (Canva)
• Work independently and communicate task progress. Don’t fall of the radar without communicating that too.
• Available during business hours - can be reactive to new tasks within 48 hours
• Even though this is part time can be accessible via Slack.
• You follow-up on me, not the other way around ;)

Must be in North America – I’m on EST time zone clients are MST/PST.
