Looking for an assistant who can help me get things done, coordinate with people, and ensure everything moves smoothly.
Part of the job involves following up with other contractors and seeing how they are progressing with their tasks, is anybody slacking off and using a stick if and when necessary.
The job also involves some data entry. To be a good coordinator, you need to know and participate in data entry. If you know how to do data entry for us, you can supervise others better.
If you have had some exposure to SEO, that will be an added advantage as you can coordinate activities better. Comfort with Social Media is also a plus.
English: You need to have very good written English. I don't mind heavy accents but your written English needs to be very good and grammatically correct.
For starters, I need help for 3 to 4 hours a day.
I need daily work, that is Monday through Friday. If you only work weekends, then this job is not for you.
Time zones: I am in the US Central Time Zone (-6:00 GMT). I need to be able to talk to you for at least 1 hour / day.
Skype: You must have a microphone and be willing to talk. This is a must. Saves me a lot of time.
Caveat: I am not easy going. If you are supposed to do something, and you don't, I will terminate you. I don't have much patience for irresponsible people. This is not a casual job. If you want to do it, you must be serious about it.
