Support CEO daily and manage his calendar and tasks. Must have pulse of what is going on.
Help with organization and tasks.
Good at taking notes and following instructions
Write emails and make notes of received emails
Calendar and schedule management
Make adhoc calls
Help setup travel arrangements
File and document organization in Google Drive
Email monitoring and organizing
Answering and directing calls
Billing and accounting activities
Writing and maintaining records
Vetting potential clients, projects, partnerships, etc.
Maintaining or updating a client’s social media or professional profile
Comfortable using online applications
