I’m currently looking for a personal virtual assistant to help me with admin and project management.
Your main tasks will be to help me manage my time, projects and contractors:
- 1 to 2 weekly calls with me
- Take notes on the projects
- Keep track of the progress and deadlines
- Manage my calendar
- Organise files and folders
- Check on contractors progress
- Manage emails and some with collaborators
- Filter/answer general enquiries
Other admin skills such as proofreading and social media (personal) account help would be a plus
I’m looking for someone who:
- Has a bubbly, positive and friendly personality
- Is organised, professional and reliable
- Can set up their own schedule and work independently
- Has good time management and prioritisation skills
- Has excellent English and communication skills
- Is familiar with Google suite (doc, sheet, calendar)
It’s an ongoing project over a couple of months that should take 3 to5 hours every week.
