I'm seeking a part time personal assistant to support me in all aspects of my life and business. My goal is to develop a long-term professional relationship with an individual who can proactively my life in the background. All of this work can be done remotely.

The principal responsibility is to ensure that I am efficient, organized and effective by providing proactive, background support in all aspects of my life.

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Planning, organizing and managing events
-Managing my calendar
-E-mailing contracts to clients on my behalf
-Doing online reading and tracking down products, blogs, businesses

Long Term, it is possible for this role to expand to these additional responsibilities
-Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
-Reading, monitoring and responding to e-mails
-Preparing correspondence on my behalf
-commissioning work on my behalf
-Liaising with my staff, clients etc
-Scheduling meetings
-Managing a budget
-research and reporting
-preparing presentations and meeting agendas
-Updating websites

Skills/Experience required

I'm looking for someone I can trust implicitly, whose career can grow with mine and who will be fun to work with.

-Unquestionable integrity
-Passionate, driven, self-starter; positive and upbeat attitude
-Exceptional written and oral communication skills (must be a great writer)
-Proactive mindset. Stay one step ahead of me
-Efficient and organized; high level of attention to detail
-Microsoft office suite, particularly excel
-Ability to speak English as you will speak on my behalf at times (over the phone)
-Fluent in English and have very good written and oral communication skills

Time Requirements

- We will begin with 5-10 hours per month and increase as needed.

About me

My name is Fredd Sanchez and I currently a music teacher, but have a music business and an import startup on the works. I love meeting new people, traveling and experiencing new things. I love good eating and I love great music. My passions are learning new languages, hiking, geocaching, playing music, and learning about craft beer. I live in San diego California and spend a great deal of time in Tijuana Mexico.
