I need a virtual assistant that can do both business and personal tasks.
The Virtual Assistant will need to know: Google Sheets, General Computer Skills, Familiar with Wordpress, Facebook & Twitter, basic book keeping, a great handle on the English Language spoken and written, and MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE CALLS TO THE US.
Daily tasks may include personal tasks. If you are looking for strictly a business role, this job may not be for you.
The VA will be responsible for the following:
1. Using Google Sheets to track customer status and update it as it changes.
2. Use Google Sheets to track customer data updates on a monthly basis. (Accuracy is extremely important!)
3. Use Google Sheets to Make, Maintain, and Update the business spending and income.
4. Update the business website based on the metrics tracked.
1. Send an update email to the business owner that updates on multiple business indicators
2. Send a survey to any new prospective customers to gauge their interest.
3. Update the business website based on a weekly statistic.
4. Create a new update post on Facebook with the weekly information and general information.
1. Check remotely on computers to make sure they are running and functioning as they should be.
2. Respond quickly to notifications that computers have gone down.
3. Other Tasks as assigned.
Please include your hours of availability in MST. A video introduction of yourself will increase your chances of being considered. Hours required will start at about 5 hours per week and increase as the business grows. All details of tasks and requirements will be sent to a successful candidate. Rate of Pay is Budgeted at $3-$5/hr.
