I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me manage my business and some aspects of my life including: incoming emails, calendar , schedule events, and help me stay on top of all of my obligations.
You will be required to complete a variety of tasks including;
• Rewriting and distributing articles
• Manage email inbox
• Wordpress website management
• Video transcriptions and uploading of media to membership site
• Social media Posting & Marketing
• Autoresponder management (we use Get Response)
• Google analytics and A/B Split testing
• Publishing a monthly newsletter
• Formatting a monthly newsstand magazine
To Apply for this position you must have moderate to advanced skills in the following areas;
• article writing &transcriptions
• Google Docs, Google Sites and Google analytics
• Social medial marketing
• email marketing & using auto responders
Your should have :
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
- Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- References or an established reputation
There will be some flexibility with hours but you will be required to be available during the hours of 10 am and 6 pm Sydney time.
My long term aim for this person is that he or she will master each of the tasks and as the workload grows be able to outsource tasks and manage a team of contractors.
