I am looking for freelancers with the lowest rates


Handling email and scheduling.
Quick response time.
Keeping accurate client details. ( - People)
Schedule appointments accurately ( - Calendar)
Customers must be treated personally - most emails start off with a template but MUST be customized for the client and their needs.
Must be proactive and reliable in accomplishing tasks.

Attention to detail!!!  Correspondence must be professional. Proper punctuation, capitalization, spelling and grammar!!

Results are a must. (Measured in how many appointments you set.
Must follow directions and not need to be reminded repeatedly.
Position can lead to being permanent if quality of work is excellent.
Must be proactive in accomplishing tasks.

Preferred method of communication is through voice memos with Zopim..   It's a free mobile app..  Please let me know if you can accommodate this.  (otherwise there is a desktop app)

Other duties will be adding contacts to our client data base, chat through Zopim.

Hoping to find the right person on a permanent basis.  Successful booking of appointments will guarantee financial reward and hours.
